Purpose
APEX Pipeline connects an authorized agent’s Planet Altig account to the approved Apex CRM. It collects assigned lead information when the agent requests collection and sends selected leads to that CRM.

Information processed
Account and source-account identifiers, names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, dates of birth, lead identifiers, lead types, insurance policy numbers, security words, and other fields present in the assigned source records are processed to connect accounts, import leads, route Opportunities, prevent duplicates, and enforce ownership. Import status and diagnostic records support reliability and troubleshooting. The extension stores session and collection state locally in Chrome. New picture imports are disabled. Agents are not offered CSV uploads or downloads.

Where information goes
Information is processed by the APEX Pipeline backend hosted on Railway and the approved GoHighLevel CRM. These services process information needed to provide the requested functionality. The extension is restricted to the configured Apex CRM and does not offer arbitrary CRM destinations.

Access and history
Access is tied to the connected account and approved workspace. Previous agents’ notes and history are not copied to a newly assigned agent as part of a reshuffled lead import.

Retention and deletion
When an Apex administrator records an agent’s departure, the importer revokes the agent’s access immediately. The importer’s scheduled cleanup removes that agent’s lead data, import results, and collection records from its active database after 90 days. It keeps the minimum account and pairing identifiers needed to prevent unauthorized re-enrollment. CRM records are managed separately by the CRM administrator. eTrust Solutions uses this data to provide and support the lead import and routing features described here. We do not sell it or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
